Shally is a globally recognized recruiting leader who has helped build sourcing organizations for companies such as Microsoft, Google, Coca-Cola, Cisco, and Motorola. He is a writer, a public speaker, and an adjunct professor at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Shally is known as the “Godfather of Sourcing” and has dedicated much of his adult life to teaching his sourcing methods to those who want to be better. Shally understands what it takes to get leads on the phone and contracts on deck.
